DailyGouda has no accounts, public uploads, advertising trackers, or visitor profiles. Only language and theme preferences are stored locally in your browser; they are not analytics identifiers.
Cloudflare processes IP addresses, request headers, URLs, and timing to deliver and secure the site. Our TelemetryHub keeps daily aggregate feature-use counters, with limited page, language, campaign, referrer-host, device-class, and bot/human dimensions. Our application and analytics databases do not intentionally retain raw IP addresses, persistent visitor IDs, or image/clipboard contents. EU storage jurisdiction does not mean all global network processing occurs in the EU.
We process contact and rights-holder correspondence only as necessary to answer, assess requests, and meet legal obligations. Limited technical processing relies on legitimate interests in operation and security; correspondence may also involve actions you request or legal claims. Correspondence is retained only as needed, anonymous aggregates may be kept longer, and providers apply their own operational-log retention. International transfers require applicable lawful safeguards. External support services use their own policies; we do not receive card details through analytics.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and complain to a supervisory authority. Anonymous counters may not be attributable to you. Contact the operator below for privacy, removal, or children’s-data concerns; provide only necessary information. We do not intentionally request children’s personal data. Changes to processing will be reflected in this policy.
